Ryokan Gizan offers multi-course kaiseki dinners centered on A5 Hida beef, served as yakiniku or shabu-shabu. The menu changes nightly, with seasonal local ingredients and a mini buffet that includes soba and grilled fish. Breakfast features slivers of Hida beef and miso on a hoba leaf, complemented by a traditional Japanese spread.

Onsen & Wellness

Gizan Onsen provides four private outdoor hot spring baths available without reservation, open from 15:00 to 09:30. Complimentary sake is offered from 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM for guests to enjoy while soaking under the stars. The indoor mineral hot spring bath includes a massage chair (¥200/10 min) and a changing area with amenities.

Rooms

The ryokan features Japanese-style rooms with tatami floors, some with private bathrooms and twin beds. A Sarubobo-themed guest room inspired by local culture accommodates up to five guests. All rooms include a yukata, refrigerator, tea-making facilities, and air conditioning.
